Is there a way to limit the growth of federal government power? Might there be there a way to help restore the federalist balance of power between state and federal government?
It does not appear that Congressional majorities of either party have successfully addressed these issues. Could constitutional reform be a solution, and could leadership from states and state legislators be part of that solution?
The Institute for Limited Government exists to study these questions and promote debate on possible solutions.
We seek the input of legal scholars, elected officials at all levels, and citizen activists. If you would like to be involved in revitalizing the debate on federalism for the 21st century, send us an email!
